LA STONE THERAPY
La Stone Therapy is a 90 minute treatment using heated basalt stones to deeply penetrate the muscle tissue and melt away aches and pains. The heated stones, along with energy work, help to induce a state of profound relaxation and well-being. La Stone Therapy is especially enjoyable in cold winter months when our bodies crave warmth.
TEMPLE LOMI LOMI MASSAGE
Lomi Lomi is a 90 minute treatment characterized by long, continuous strokes over the entire body, encompassing muscles from head to toe. It includes gentle range of motion stretches. The flowing movements allow the client to drop into a deep state of relaxation where joint and muscle pain are dissolved.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
The pregnancy table has options designed so that the mother-to-be can lay comfortably in a prone position, allowing for full body massage.
Direct billing is available where applicable.
Otherwise payment can be made with cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
